Most products are available for collection within 2 days. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.
Collect within 2 working days
We will hold your order in store for 2 working days. Orders not collected within this time will be canceled.
Information to collect your order
- Your selected Linde agent will email to confirm when your order is available and ready to collect.
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to collect your order. We will hold it in store for 2 working days.
- Ensure you have a suitable vehicle for transporting any gas cylinders you have ordered. Our stores stock a wide range of safety products if you need to secure gas cylinders in your vehicle. Our friendly staff will help to load cylinders onto your vehicle if required.
How to safely transport gas cylinders
Our knowledgeable staff at Linde agent can guide you through fulfilling your obligations according to the relevant regulations for transporting gas cylinders.
- • An open or well-ventilated vehicle is used
- • You carry a 2kg fire extinguisher
- • Cylinder valves are closed, and equipment disconnected
- • Cylinders are safely secured (often in an upright position) within the vehicle
- • You have the Safety Data Sheet for the gas being transported
- • If you suspect there's a leak while you're transporting the cylinder, pull over in a safe, well-ventilated area and contact Linde immediately.
