DELIVERY CONFIRMATION / INFORMING DEVIATIONS IN DELIVERY

Dear customer,

All deviations on any goods delivered to you must be informed to Linde (former AGA) within five working days of the delivery. If deviations are informed later than five working days after the delivery, Linde will not accept any deviation on delivered goods.

Remember to check carefully your delivery

Please check carefully the transport box and goods received.

  • •In case you notice any damage on the transport box please write a note to the driver’s delivery note included in the shipment.
  • •If the goods are damaged, you have the right to refuse to accept the delivery; in such a case please notify Linde by email within 5 working days as instructed below.
  • •It is very important that you make a notice of the deviation/damage on the Bill of lading as proof of the deviation to the transport company

How to inform deviations in the delivery
