ACTICO® injectors and dissolving systems
Our ACTICO injectors and dissolving systems were custom-developed to maximise the efficiency of our ACTICO pH control solution. They ensure that the CO2 is dissolved optimally in the pulp or process water and that fibre bundles cannot form on the injector. The injector can be safely removed without interrupting the process. All of our CO2 injection systems are built from durable components, such as stainless steel, to provide a long service life requiring minimal maintenance and operator intervention.
ACTICO® flow control unit
Complementing our ACTICO injectors and dissolving systems is our ACTICO flow control unit. The unit can be equipped with its own PLC and touch panel display for fully automated operation. It can also be integrated into an existing process control system. Operators can easily switch between manual and automatic mode.
ADALKA® alkalinity control unit (ACU)
The ADALKA alkalinity control unit (ACU) is an automated solution that produces a sodium bicarbonate solution from diluted sodium hydroxide and carbon dioxide in a reactor. The sodium bicarbonate solution is added to the process to stabilize pH and increase alkalinity. The ratio of CO2 to sodium hydroxide can be adjusted independently to support process-specific requirements. This feature increases the degree of freedom regarding control of pH and alkalinity in the process.
The installation can include an additional ADALKA buffer tank if there are several dosing points and/or to support on/off dosing. The unit is fully automated and comes with its own PLC and touch panel display. It can also be integrated into an existing control system. Operators can easily switch between manual and automatic mode.
